Job Title Sales Professional/Business Manager

The Role

You will be responsible for the onboarding of new business and managing and maintaining a pool of existing customers. This is a field based, customer facing position, and will require someone that is happy working as a team, self-sufficient, organised, and able to manage their own workload.

In this target driven environment, proven sales experience is essential. You will be involved in the full sales-cycle from initial introduction to the full account management and retention of the customer. You must be confident at selling on the phone, as well as face to face, and have a consultative approach alongside strong communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be both passionate and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively both inside and outside the business.

Is this you?

  • You are bright, enthusiastic and have a positive “can-do” attitude and consultative approach
  • Must be able to take ownership and work within demanding targets
  • Be comfortable with targeting new business in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Hold 1-2 years of proven sales experience with negotiation skills particularly in developing and growing accounts over time
  • Have excellent communication skills whether it be face to face, through phone or email
  • Ability to engage and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all roles and seniorities

Your Duties will include

  • Meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Generate and develop new leads
  • Lead client meetings and site visits resulting in confirmed new business
  • Proactive account management and retention
  • Proposal writing and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer relations with new and existing customers
  • Be self-sufficient, organised and able to manage own workload
  • Hold a clean driving licence
