Vodafone is waiving charges to and from Turkey following terrorist attacks.

In light of the recent terrorist attack in Istanbul, Vodafone UK is offering customers free communications for all affected customers. It will credit all Vodafone UK customers roaming in Istanbul for all calls, texts and data between 8.00 pm on 28 June and 23:59 on 30 June.

The statement issued by Vodafone reads: “Our thoughts go out to those affected by the shocking events in Istanbul yesterday evening. We know that at times like these, customers need to be able to get in contact with loved ones without worrying about the cost.”
