Loan Phones & Exchange Services

We have a full warranty exchange service should your handset develop an in-warranty fault. If you need to send your handset in for repair then, protected by our exclusive business insurance and organised by our responsive support team, we have a next day loan phone service to ensure you never suffer downtime whatever the cause.

Insurance

We also offer insurance, through Supercover, which covers the user for any of the following:

  • Theft – Including unattended theft from secure vehicle / premises (excess will be charged at £40.00)
  • Loss – mobile phones and PDA’s only (excess will be charges at £60.00)
  • Accidental Damage – Including Water & Liquid Damage
  • Extended Warranty
  • International Cover (excess will be charges at £75.00)
  • Guaranteed claim approval within 48 hours for loss and theft
  • Free 3GB content backup – Contacts, photos, videos, music, files and much more!
