O2 Boostbox Planned Maintenance

O2 are currently migrating their broadband to a new infrastructure which will affect customers using their Boostbox service.
Boost Box Migration
There will be an initial 30 minute outage to the service from midnight on Wednesday 4th June. Customers will then be migrated in small groups over a two week period experiencing two separate five minute outages during the planned rollout. The five minute outages will occur between midnight and six am and are expected to begin on Thursday 12th June and continue until Thursday 26th June.
What is the impact?
Initial Network configuration changes post-midnight 4th:
All Boostboxes will experience up to a 30 minutes outage after midnight on this date.
Individual Migrations from the 12th/13th onwards:
Any Boostboxes that are connected to standard ADSL lines will experience a small outage of approximately five minutes and will not be required to take any action – they will be brought back online automatically. If you are currently connected to a corporate LAN/firewall you will need to reconfigure the firewall settings, details for how to do this are below.

Standard Setup
No action necessary. Normal functionality should resume after a downtime of approximately five minutes.
Corporate LAN/firewall Setup
If you are currently connected to a corporate LAN/firewall you will need to reconfigure the firewall settings prior to the migration to ensure that the Boostbox continues to function correctly after the outage. This can be completed prior to the changes with old and new firewall settings in place simultaneously. Boostboxes will experience an outage of approximately five minutes through the night but no further configuration will be needed.
