O2 awards Cellular Solutions both the prestigious Customer Excellence and Digital Excellence Awards for 2nd year running.
Repeating the incredible feat of 2015 Cellular Solutions has retained both of the O2 excellence awards.
After being only one of eleven partners in the O2 Direct Partner Network in 2015 Cellular Solutions has pushed forward to retain both awards this time; being one of only twelve partners to have achieved this position for 2016. Of the original eleven, only seven retained both showcasing the exceptional dedication to customer service and level of technical expertise within Cellular Solutions.
O2 broke away from the industry standard tiered programme in a groundbreaking move last year, pushing forward with a partner accreditation system that has been viewed as some of the industries toughest awards to obtain.
