Cellular Solutions have supported the Chestnut Treehouse Children’s Hospice for many years now, either through our charity fundraisers, or by participating in their corporate gardening days when we go and help out around the grounds.
The Chestnut Treehouse was officially opened on Tuesday 11 November 2003 by Her Royal Highness, Princess Alexandra, and so this year they are celebrating 20 years of providing care and much needed support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, both at the house and across the Sussex community.
We wanted to do something special to mark this fantastic achievement, and so 5 of our amazing colleagues will be taking on the South Coast Ultra Challenge!
Nicola, Imogen & Robyn will be walking a huge 50km across the South Downs on the 2nd September, all the way from Eastbourne to Hove. Kat & Ellie will be joining them, and then doing another 50km the very next day! They will cover 100km over 2 days- walking from Eastbourne to Hove then Hove to Arundel!
At the time of writing the team have already raised an epic £1765 for Chestnut Treehouse. You can donate here – https://www.justgiving.com/team/cs-southcoastchallengers
Every single penny raised will give our team the motivation they need to complete this epic challenge. Good luck to our CS walking team!
Happy 20th Birthday to you Chestnut Treehouse Children’s Hospice! Thank you for all you do, and it’s our privilege to support you.
