Cellular Solutions joins elite group in O2’s first annual Direct Partner Network Excellence Awards.

O2 Business announced that Cellular Solutions has won both the Customer and Digital Excellence Awards, being one of only eleven partner’s country wide to be awarded both the prestigious awards in their first year of running.
These awards are the first in O2’s new industry changing partner accreditation system which makes an unprecedented move away from the current tiring programme which is defined through size and sales alone. Jason Phillips, Head of Partners for O2 Business explains “Partners are now recognised not by their scale and size alone but also by their ability to focus relentlessly on the customer and be capable of diversification. Partners are now rewarded on customer experience, churn, value and digital product adoption – real recognition that the market has changed.”
The new O2 partner structure and awards aim to champion companies that can provide “world class” customer support through such skills as in-depth digital business solutions knowledge and expertise.
