Q. ​What do I do when I have a fault on my line?

Q. ​​What number do I call if I have a fixed line out of hours problem?

For any line faults outside normal office hours (Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:45pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:45pm), please call 0844-3245112and the team will be able to assist you.

Q. ​How do I get a copy of my landline invoice?

Simply log into our online billing portal with your username and password. We will set you up with these when you transfer over to us. Your username is your account number (found at the top of your bill) and password is your postcode (lower case with no spaces). You will be prompted to amend this upon your first login.
